What is RTT Hypnotherapy?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a therapeutic intervention that combines elements such as hypnotherapy,

neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and psychotherapy. It is designed to bring about fast and profound results, within just

1-3 sessions

What can RTT do for you?

RTT is incredibly effective in helping people overcome a wide range of issues, including but not limited to trauma, depression, stress, anxiety, physical pain, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), sleep issues, fertility problems, confidence, quitting addictions and weight management. Individuals have reported significant improvements in both psychological and physical well-being after receiving RTT therapy.

It is important to note that RTT is distinct from traditional hypnotherapy as it incorporates various modalities and techniques to provide a comprehensive and tailored approach to each individual's needs. It utilizes the power of the mind to bring about transformation and empower individuals to move forward in their lives.

Developed by Marisa Peer

Developed by renowned therapist Marisa Peer over thirty years ago, RTT offers a unique approach to transformation by accessing the subconscious mind to identify and reprogram limiting beliefs and behavioural patterns. Through the use of hypnosis and other therapeutic techniques, RTT aims to address the root causes of issues and facilitate lasting change.

How does it work?

Hypnotherapy uses the power of hypnosis to put you in a relaxed meditative state to access the subconscious mind – where our beliefs, habits, and emotions reside – and to create a deep state of relaxation. In this state, we gain access to discovering the feelings we attach to events that our emotional bodies and minds hold onto to protect us.  Understanding is power. the hidden potential of our mind, paving the way for profound transformation and personal growth. (*Note: in hypnosis you are completely aware of what is going on, you are just relaxed - having a conversation)
